Insurance: Out of Network

Introduction

Hi! I specialize in helping clients process life transitions and manage anxiety, and especially love working with new moms. For couples, I am certified in Prepare/Enrich and also use Gottman method. I enjoy helping couples who have grown distant re-ignite their connection, and to move beyond stuck points and recurring conflicts. I’m passionate about systemic and holistic care- which means I consider the physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of your life and how they interact. I use a variety of frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems, narrative therapy, attachment, and mindfulness. Please reach out with any questions, or to see if we might be a good fit. I look forward to talking with you.
