Introduction

I am a dedicated psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience in mental health across Europe and the United States. Originally from southern France, I began my career as a Clinical Psychologist and transitioned to the American landscape fifteen years ago, becoming a licensed mental health counselor in New York State. I have experience in various settings—from outpatient clinics to recovery center and private practice— as a clinician, clinical supervisor and program director. I specialize in working with individuals facing major life transitions - whether it's early adulthood, career exploration, relationship shifts, parenting, separation or divorce, loss, interpersonal traumas, health changes, or aging. These periods of change often bring up intense emotions like anxiety, depression, or confusion, leaving people feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My clients are committed to finding ways to manage their struggles, but also to go deeper—to truly understand their experiences and begin transforming themselves. Grounded in psychodynamic and psychoanalytical theories, I also incorporate evidence-based therapies tailored to meet my clients’ unique needs, from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care. With a professional degree in Art Therapy, I leverage creativity as a powerful tool for self-discovery and expression, enriching the therapeutic experience. In our sessions, you will find a blend of approachability and depth. I bring a culturally sensitive and intuitive perspective that values each individual's singularity. My genuine empathy enables my clients to feel heard and understood, while my creative incline allows for curiosity and playfulness. Yet, I also provide the level of concentration and connection required for profound personal growth and self-exploration. Committed to empowering individuals, I strive to provide a transformative and deeply personal psychotherapeutic experience.
