Introduction

When asked what I do, I say: "I'm a therapist who sees anxious kids, teens and their anxious parents." I'm naturally curious about people, their stories and their psychology. Beyond addressing anxiety, I support the LGBTQ+ community including expertise with nonbinary and trans-related issues. I offer groups, consultations, and parent coaching in addition to my clinical practice. I believe everyone benefits from being seen, heard, and understood and work from this mindset with all of my clients.
