I am from rural Virginia, grew up in a single parent household, I have been through many experiences which aid me in empathizing with and understanding my clients. In my career I have practiced substance abuse counseling, military, trauma, crisis, child and family focus, couples, as well as a wide array of mental health disorders. My therapeutic style is primarily Realistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, as well as numerous other approaches to better assist my clients.
