Do you feel like you are not living up to your full potential? Does social anxiety, depression, or inertia get in the way of meaningful change? Practicing psychotherapy in a non-judgmental way, I work in a transparent and collaborative style with my clients. I listen deeply so we can formulate solutions together. I have trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), two evidence-based treatments, but believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is the most important factor. I look forward to helping you move forward in your life. Some of my specialties include working with adults with anxiety disorders, including panic, phobias, social anxiety and OCD. I also help clients with depression, impulsivity and interpersonal skills. I graduated with a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University and went on to NYU Silver School of Social Work and graduated with a Masters in Social Work. As a therapist at Westchester Jewish Community Services for over five years, I am experienced in effective treatments to help clients meet their therapeutic goals. Coming from a writing and musical background, I have also assisted clients with creative blocks. Together, we can embark on a journey that can guide you to becoming your best self.
