My role as a clinician is guiding clients on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, particularly those eager to deepen their self-exploration and find a renewed sense of purpose. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a holistic, person-centered philosophy, where I work collaboratively with clients to navigate life’s ebbs and flows. My expertise lies in tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the moment, whether that involves focusing on individual healing, exploring family dynamics, work related stressors, etc. I hold advanced certifications in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through PESI, and I have completed a postgraduate certificate in Neo-Jungian Psychoanalysis at Pacifica University. I love the outdoors, creativity, fitness, and nutrition and often incorporate aspects into my therapeutic practice. Have an interest in Eco Therapy? Ask me about outdoor sessions! With experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds—including varying religions, genders, and races—I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space for all. If you feel our values align and believe we’d be a good fit, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to supporting you on your path to healing and self-fulfillment.
