Introduction

My specialty is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps people to process traumatic or painful life experiences. Along with being effective for the treatment of PTSD, it can help with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relational/attachment issues. I also often incorporate IFS (an ego state state approach) and mindfulness based practices into my work.
