Introduction

If you've been living with chronic illness and pain, have tried to handle it on your own, and feel stuck, I’m here to help. As both a seasoned therapist and a woman living with Endometriosis, I understand how hard it can be to feel unwell all the time. I also have the skills and lived experience to support you in moving forward. In our sessions, I’ll provide you with a warm and supportive environment, where you can be yourself and tell your truth. Along with traditional talk therapy, we’ll use effective activities like mindfulness, breathwork, and creative visualization to help you process your sadness, frustration, and fear. We’ll explore your hopes and dreams, and you’ll learn how to cope with stress and become a self-care pro. Does this sound like the therapy you’ve been searching for? Send me an email now and let’s set up a time to meet. I’m looking forward to helping you work toward your personal wellness goals. I have openings in my schedule and we can get started as soon as you'd like. *If you live anywhere in New York State or Massachusetts, we can work together online.*
