I help individuals, couples, and families overcome emotional distress and disconnection so they can resolve conflict, heal wounds, and build strong bonds. I have a passion for helping clients facing chronic conflict, relationship crisis, and maintaining intimacy. I’ve combined my degree in Couple and Family Therapy with training in EFT and EMDR to provide my clients with an evidence-based approach to transforming emotional responses to create secure bonds.
