Let's face it, life can be incredibly difficult, and the truth is we all struggle in some way. Many of us have been hurt by those close to us, experienced losses, or gone through traumas that feel overwhelming. These experiences can push us out of our natural, healthy states because we had to adapt to survive. If you're feeling stressed, dealing with complex emotions, or stuck in patterns you don't like, there is help available. I assist people who want to understand themselves better and learn tools for lasting change. I can also include your faith or spirituality in our sessions if that's important to you. I predominantly use an approach called Internal Family Systems (IFS) and have formal training in it. I am in-network with Aetna insurance and can give you a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement for all other out-of-network inssurances.
