Introduction

Welcome! The Collective specializes in individual and couples therapy, with a strong focus on trauma-informed and anti-oppressive care. Rachel Collins, LICSW - My practice is rooted in a person-centered approach, ensuring that each session is tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I am committed to providing a safe supportive environment where you can explore your inner-self and work towards healing. I believe in the power of utilizing each person's strengths, their community, as well as a collaborative therapeutic relationship to strive to empower the folks I work with to create meaning and support their emotional well-being. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with empathy and respect, honoring the backgrounds and stories of each person I work with. Whether you're navigating life's challenges, seeking to improve your relationships, or working through traumatic experiences, I am here to support you every step of the way. When we're not working together, I enjoy reading, listening to music and podcasts, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends, which help me stay grounded and energized to show up for my own community and my clients. At this time, The Collective is not currently accepting insurance. However, we hope to provide services through specific insurances soon. *Limited Reduced Rates Available, if you have limited resources and can benefit from community support. If you have ample resources to pay the standard rate (and maybe a bit more) to help those in our community with fewer resources, this option will be available shortly.
