Welcome, so glad you are here. If you are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of what has you stuck, you are in the right place. My intention is to support you in discovering the underlying patterns contributing to why you feel the way you do. I do this not in the traditional talk therapy way, but include your body's wisdom & guidance in the conversation. I specialize in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a mind/body way of healing trauma & have seen amazing things happen when we learn how to pay attention to the information our bodies are giving us. I have been doing this work for over 15yrs & would love to share it with you. SE can help heal a variety of traumas including but not limited to...abuse, assault, car accidents, falls, surgeries, natural disasters and developmental trauma.
