Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, loss of sense of self. Has this impacted you in different areas of your life? Maybe you are in the perinatal stage and have so many emotions to filter through. Maybe you are trying to seek direction as new parents and adjust to the new norm or an adolescent needing guidance. Do you find yourself in a space of frustration, exhaustion, overwhelmed or lost by just getting through the day. Now more than ever individuals are faced with different challenges and struggles that life presents. However, at A Warm Embrace Counseling and Wellness, PLLC you do not have to journey alone. Hello I'm Rachel. I utilize CBT, SFBT, and Trauma therapy techniques, to help adolescents, women and men in the perinatal stage, and adults that may suffer from depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and those adjusting to the daily challenges of life. I help my clients learn how to teach their body how to get to a calm state so they are able to truly process and move forward. Our therapeutic relationship will include a warm, empathetic treatment approach where the focus is on meeting you where you are and working to have a clear understanding of your goals and ambitions. Together we will explore the depth of what's behind the challenge in your life, while becoming self-aware and learning skills that nurture and benefit your life. You do not have to walk this journey alone!
