Hello! I'm so glad that you're here. It is an honor to be a part of someone's journey with growth and healing. My experience includes supporting clients with development disabilities, trauma histories, and in their development of safe and positive coping skills. I utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) as well as TFCBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy) which I have received certification in. I work through a client centered, strength based approach, in meeting the client where they are at. I have worked with children, adolescents, and families. I look forward to supporting you further!
