It can feel impossible to cope with the challenges of life while managing loud and painful thoughts. We can feel isolated, anxious, hopeless and miserable. No matter where we start, it is my goal to create a nurturing, and safe space for us to work together as we address your unique needs. I use evidenced-based treatment modalities (IFS, AEDP, EMDR) that help to heal the root cause and create lasting change.
