I recognize that it can be scary to try therapy. I consider it my job to be your guide as we explore how to achieve your goals. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue, like anxiety, stress in your relationship, or conflict with your children, I am committed to creating a collaborative relationship with you. As a couple and family therapist, I'm trained to work with everyone from children to adults, couples, and families. In my experience, clients that arrive ready to do the necessary work outside of therapy are the ones that experience the most growth. I am completing my Ph.D. in Couple and Family Therapy and only use evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and play therapy. Check out our photos for a look at my interactive virtual office for kids! If you would like further information on any of these approaches, check out my website under About Rachel's Approach. If I could offer you any encouragement, it is to not allow your fear to stop your growth. 2020 has been a very stressful year for all of us so please allow me to use my compassion and my expertise to help you heal and grow. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
