My work is grounded in humanistic and existential frameworks, which means I see therapy as a collaborative space for self-exploration, empowerment, and making meaning. I believe each person has the capacity for growth—and that your story, identity, and lived experience matter. I work with and support children, teens, adults, parents, and families navigating trauma, ADHD, autism, neurodivergence, adoption, chronic illness, identity shifts, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about holding space for LGBTQ+ clients, BIPOC communities, fellow adoptees, and fellow cancer thrivers—anyone carrying too much, too early, or too invisibly. My approach is warm, person-centered, creative, integrative and evidence-informed. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I incorporate somatic, narrative, and expressive techniques. I believe you already hold the tools to move forward—my job is to help you remember how to use them. Whether you're seeking space to process, reconnect, or simply feel seen, I’m here to walk with you. My integrative, client-led approach weaves together creative, intuitive, and story-informed practices to support your unique path toward healing.
