As a holistic therapist and shamanic practitioner, I view problems as blessings pointing us in the direction of wellness. Whatever feels “off” in your life—depression, unhealthy relationships, dead-end careers, grief, loneliness, low self-esteem—is a symptom of a larger problem: an unbalanced and under-appreciated self. Using life's challenges as a guide, we work to build the foundation of self you need in order to live an enriching and fully human life. A few of my modalities include body- and breathwork, inner child work, psychedelic experience integration, and shamanic practices, based on your need and interest. I bring to my therapy practice the vision of unity through individuality. The stronger our foundation of self, the better we can contribute to the world around us.
