Welcome! My name is Rachael and I am a psychotherapist who supports adults experiencing difficult life transitions in their desire to become self-sufficient through individual therapy sessions that focus on step-by-step behavioral change. I am passionate about helping my clients learn what they are capable of and realizing their true potential! I look forward to being there for you in your time of need. My experience includes difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting issues, addiction, substance abuse, PTSD, trauma, and subpar school or job performance. Individual therapy sessions via video and phone can take place from the comfort of your own home and can include activities such as virtual mindfulness walks together. I understand how difficult it can be to take the first steps to ask for help. It can be a trying experience to find a therapist who you trust and build a genuine relationship with.
