I am a licensed social worker and work with those who have experienced or are currently experiencing trauma. It is important to note that as human beings with different lived experiences we all process things differently and have different needs. Beginning a therapeutic relationship can be frightening, but it is crucial to highlight that reaching out for help is a courageous first step in your healing journey. I have notable experience working with sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking survivors. I also have experience working with youth, families, and those with diverse backgrounds. I believe in the strengths-based perspective, which highlights individual strengths and how they can help us cope and navigate life's difficulties. I have been described as a great listener who is personable and easy going. I am passionate about supporting my clients and empowering them to reach their goals through trauma-informed care, as well as working with them to help restore hope and find healing.
