Hello! It is wonderful to meet you. I facilitate growth for clients experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, and relationship concerns by encouraging effective coping strategies, improving communication, and setting healthy boundaries. I enjoy working with couples who are navigating premarital preparation, conflicts in communication styles, building emotional and physical intimacy, repairing trust, and infertility/reproductive decisions. We'd be a great fit if you are a recovering high achiever and an aspiring "good-enough-ist." I'd love to work with you to improve your life satisfaction and well-being through gentle challenges, self-reflection, and self-compassion. My experience includes counseling college students, adults, and couples, using cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and shame-resilience techniques to build resilience and improve emotional well-being. I offer individual or couples counseling as well as sex coaching. Life is complicated, but I'm here to guide you through overwhelming life transitions or healing from past emotional injuries. I provide a welcoming space for you to engage in thoughtful self-exploration and safely process powerful emotions. I provide therapy virtually for all TX residents.
