Introduction
Welcome to TrueSelf Counseling! Rachael Hackler is the owner and lead therapist at TrueSelf Counseling and Coaching. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and has been practicing therapy in a variety of settings for more than 12 years. Rachael enjoys working with individuals 13+. Her heart has been led to work with teens who are struggling with boundaries, family dynamics, transitions, relationships and in their social settings. She also enjoys working with those struggling with self-injury, anxiety, depression, attachment, life transitions and suicidal ideations. Rachael is trained in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
