Introduction

Hello. My name is Rachael Coffren and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Art Therapist and Artist. For the past 20 years, I have provided authentic, creative and person-centered mental health support for clients in our NOCO community. It has been an honor to provide guidance to my clients as they move into a new chapter of healing, clarity and happiness. As a Transpersonal Psychology/ Art Therapy graduate from Naropa University (2009), I provide kindhearted, all-inclusive treatment for adults who struggle with Eating Disorders, Post Pardum Depression, Grief/Loss, Anxiety, Depression and life transitions. I am also a CSU Alumni (BA, Sculpture/ Psychology, 2002) whom lives and works in old town close to campus. I believe that we are ALL creative beings who can heal through the use of experiential therapies. No previous art experience is needed. In the HeARTSpace therapy studio, I offer guidance through the use of a variety of art materials including: watercolors, oil pastels, collage, found objects, clay and paint. If art making feels intimidating, no problem. I can offer approaches to get your mind unstuck. Some of my favorite tools are mindfulness meditation, Self-compassion practice, Enneagram exploration, IFS/Internal Family Systems, Psychodrama, motivational interviewing and positive psychology. My ultimate goal as your therapist is to use my skill set to support you in your healing journey with firm and loving-kindness. You have the right to enjoy your precious life. I will offer tools to support you along the way. HeARTSpace Therapy, LLC is a creative arts studio that values holding sacred space to honor your SELF. ALL BEINGS are welome here, YOU ARE WORTHY. I currently provide teletherapy, in-person and small group workshops within the studio space. Please contact me directly for scheduling and workshop information.
