I’m a licensed therapist serving Washington State and Rhode Island. I help women who may feel unseen, overwhelmed, or stuck. Together, we gently move you out of a place of hopelessness into a a place of greater health. I help you find confidence, clarity, and peace by equipping you with the tools you need to develop a better relationship with yourself and others and grieve the losses that life presents. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development. My experience with clients has spanned across the lifespan, however; my current specialty is working with individual adults and parents. I am a lifelong learner and actively pursue trainings that support my work more specifically around the areas of somatic therapy, trauma, attachment, neuroscience, infertility, loss, reproductive/perinatal mental health, and mothering.
