All sessions are completely virtual, which makes attending sessions both convenient and discrete. Unhealed trauma can affect your life in many ways. It can lead to increased stress, anxiety, depression, and difficulty in relationships. Some people with trauma, may not even identify their lives as traumatic, but still feel blocked and stuck, and have difficulty understanding why. The mechanisms through which trauma present itself is complex and extensive, but through deep work and the therapeutic process, healing is possible. I am an EMDR trained clinician committed to helping people heal and thrive. My work focuses on treating trauma related mental health problems, including PTSD, anxiety and depression. I incorporate a variety of interventions, including EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, and EFT tapping to help clients achieve their goals. I also offer Life Coaching for areas that do not require clinical intervention. Coaching is an excellent tool for people who are looking to find help in achieving goals, overcoming mental barriers or feel stuck in their current situation.
