Introduction

I provide trauma-informed psychiatric care with a strong focus on treatment planning for young adults navigating the demands of early adulthood. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, struggling with burnout, identity, or major life transition; I offer care that is both evidence-based and tailored to your needs. I offer telehealth appointments across New York State, with evening and weekend availability and scheduling flexibility to accommodate academic, professional, or personal demands. I accept some insurances and private pay. Medication can be an important tool - whether you’re considering starting it, looking to adjust your current medications, or exploring how it fits alongside therapy. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to prescribing, with close monitoring and ongoing conversations to ensure your treatment aligns with your goals and values. If you are curious about my approach and intersted in working together, I invite you to reach out.
