Introduction

Your mental health is an important component to your overall sense of well-being. Oftentimes, we all feel bombarded by the demands of everyday life: your workplace, your family, your social life, your health, and your own personal history all contribute to (or detract from) your mental and physical health. Many people believe that therapy is only for those with "serious" problems and wait until things get worse or unmanageable before reaching out for help. Whether that is the case or not, therapy can be helpful and can offer you the relief and clarity you need to move forward. Quad City Behavioral Health Associates (QCBHA) is a group counseling practice with 5 therapists who, together, treat a variety of mental and behavioral health conditions using evidenced-based methods. That means you can be sure that your treatment here is backed by the most up-to-date science tailored to meet your specific needs. Here, you'll be treated as a multi-faceted person rather than an appointment or a diagnosis. Scheduling Due to Covid-19, we are scheduling all initial sessions through our telehealth platform in the Client Portal. Once the initial appointment is complete, it will be up to you and your therapist to determine if in-person appointments are appropriate for you. New or active clients can continue to use our Client Portal to make payments, schedule appointments, cancel appointments, or send secure messages to their therapist. All five of our clinicians have available appointment slots on some evenings and over the weekend. Location QCBHA is located in Rock Island, just off of John Deere Road and Blackhawk Road/46th Avenue in Rock Valley Plaza across from the Heritage Church. Our convenient location is easily reached from I-74 and I-280.
