Introduction

Our belief is that therapy is a place for soul searching and a journey to life purpose. Our approach is that everyone has strengths and resources to improve their life. My focus is to help you regain clarity & confidence that align with your life purpose. You will experience a safe and non-judgmental environment that is collaborative and empowering. Our commitment is to work with you in the most nurturing and empowering way so that you can be the best version of yourself. We offer bilingual Spanish and English therapy. We work with people suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, difficulties with acculturation, and domestic violence. We work with children/adolescents, parents, couples and individuals. Our mission is to work with families and improve their life circumstances. Our primary approach is Client Center, Cognitive-Behavioral, Humanistic and Solution-Focused. We will find working with us healing and result oriented. There is no single approach that fits every individual, so we work collaboratively with our clients to find what works best for them.
