Introduction

Jen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Prior to working in mental health, Jen previously worked in various fields within the healthcare setting. She is in the process of becoming a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). Jen holds a license in the state of Colorado (LPC.0019104) and Alabama (LPC.05032) so she is able to provide service for residence within these states. “I have a true passion for respecting the genuine humanness of each one of the clients I get the pleasure of working with. I strive to provide a safe space for the clients to tell their stories, be seen and heard, and to aid in the therapeutic process by meeting the client where they are at.”
