Introduction

Whether you’ve never been to therapy or have invested in your mental health for years, Meaningful Minds opens the door to a deeper understanding of yourself and your mind. Building a compassionate, trusting relationship with clients is our foremost priority in therapy. We help clients develop strengths, assertiveness, and resiliency to cope with life's challenges while focusing on reorienting beliefs, improving relationships, and increasing attunement to thoughts + feelings. We believe that our brains are naturally adaptive, so a clear understanding of how your mind works can empower healthy change. That’s why we leverage a combination of therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems) parts work, and Gottman Institute's research-based approach to therapy.
