Introduction

Therapy can be a difficult first step in the process of improving our overall mental health and wellbeing. The foundation of my approach is unconditional positive regard, understanding, empathy, and validation. I will collaborate with you to formulate goals that scaffold your steps toward achieving a healthier version of yourself, and where you want to be. Interventions I use to assist in the therapeutic process are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems therapy. I look forward to guiding you to your goal.
