Hello! I am a holistic therapist dedicated to helping people to enhance their quality of life and overall well-being. My areas of expertise include anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, chronic stress, phase of life transitions, and Military lifestyle-related issues. As an integrative, Mind-Body practitioner, I utilize mindfulness-based practices and interventions, such as guided meditations and Yoga, as well as a variety of evidence-based models, such as Mindfulness-Based CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to address various complex clinical needs. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Board Certified Clinical Supervisor, and a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I am also a certified Military and Trauma Counselor and have completed training on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction from Duke University.
