Introduction

Judy is dedicated to supporting adults who are navigating the challenges of PTSD, ADHD, trauma, stress, perinatal bereavement, and grief/loss. In her counseling sessions, clients will have the opportunity to explore and reframe negative beliefs, build essential coping skills, and reprocess past traumas. Judy also guides her clients in developing mindfulness, learning to prioritize their own well-being, improving personal boundaries, and boosting their confidence. To facilitate healing, Judy utilizes a variety of effective therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness practices. Through a collaborative approach, Judy will join you on a journey of self-exploration, growth, and healing. She can assist you in reconnecting with yourself, feeling grounded, and managing your life more smoothly.
