Introduction

Katie Davenport, PsyD I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist committed to helping people learn how to overcome past traumas, uncomfortable emotions, and relationship challenges. My work focuses on making meaning of previous life events and relationships that impact how clients currently see themselves, other people, and the world. I believe in inviting authenticity and self-exploration into therapy by taking a strengths-based and collaborative approached to helping clients meet their goals. Sarah Robertson, PsyD I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist experienced in helping people in their process of recovery from a range of life challenges. In our work, we will discover together what’s most important to you. I will help you to name the barriers to living a life guided by your values and find ways to remove those obstacles. Problems such as depression and anxiety are often rooted in things we’ve learned in the past, sometimes through experiences of trauma, fractured relationships, and losses. We can uncover the ways in which these experiences may influence your life, sometimes in ways that no longer serve you. In our sessions, we will go at your pace in the endeavor of healing from the past, and practice new ways of being that help you move forward. If you're interested in scheduling a consultation with us, please send an appointment request. We look forward to partnering with you on this journey.
