Introduction

Guided by my experiences as a gay and nonbinary person, I assist couples, adults, and teens navigate LGBTQIA community issues. I have also helped clients with managing anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, and relationship issues. I make therapy as collaborative as possible while utilizing techniques from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method.
