Greetings. This is Phyllis Rogers, LMHC. I am the Director of inLife Clinic, which services First Responders and their families. I have worked in the First Responder world since 2008, when I was asked to be a Police and Fire Chaplain. I volunteered my time for seven years while doing my private practice. Then, agencies hired me to work onsite with their Peer Support Teams or both. I realized the great need to support First Responders and how difficult it was for them to find culturally competent therapists who understand their world. In 2017, I began to build a clinic to serve the First Responder community through counseling and consulting with many agencies in our area. Today, we have a great team of therapists passionate about their work with First Responders.
