You will learn to live with intent and purpose. You will gain perceptions, skills, and tools enabling you, to manage symptoms, that are holding you back, whether it be; past traumas, and/or current trauma's/situations. You will discover and learn how, to (metaphorically) get from the side of the bridge you are on, to the side of the bridge, you want to be on. You will learn how to live with intention. We have a small Therapy Dog (Teddy) located in the office during visits.
