Introduction

I have been providing individual, group, and family counseling for over 5 years. I began my journey practicing in New Mexico with youth, and adults doing adventure therapy, and art therapy and counseling in an outpatient setting. I worked with at risk youth, children in foster care, juvenile probation, and with adults in recovery. Since I moved to Oregon I have been focusing on working with adults and children with trauma, and mood disorders. I was trained to utilize Art Therapy in graduate school but have acquired trainings in DBT, CBT, MI, and certification for EMDR. I utilize many modalities including: spirituality, existentialism, and mindfulness practices. I believe that we are capable of change and healing at any age. We are always creating ourselves and have the ability to be resilient and overcome life's hardest of tragedies and obstacles.
