Introduction

Do you struggle sharing your thoughts & feelings with your partner? Do you minimize the conflicts in your relationship out of fear? Are you feeling disconnected? I know how this feels because these have been my struggles too. After failing miserably, I've learned to trust my partner and implement tools to overcome emotional distance. Feeling deeply connected to your partner can be challenging when you’re pulled in so many directions. From being a new parent, having screaming kids to work stress, lack of support, or being absolutely exhausted. I'm passionate about helping people find each other again amidst the chaos of life. My desire is for life to flow through you rather than at you. I primarily use a modality called EFT paired with Gottman specific skills. This means we'll help you seek to understand one another. I want my clients to feel equipped in connecting with their partner so I teach communication, conflict resolution, emotional regulation and intimacy growth skills. I get it, sometimes life's shuffle leaves you feeling a bit lost.It can be challenging to ask for help, especially when it wasn't modeled for you. Good news: you don't have to stay in that space. I'm here to guide you toward intentional, connected relationships that matter to you. Together, we can make sure you at home in yourself and with each other again.
