My name is Phedra Smith and I am the owner and a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Greenhouse Counseling. I specialize in Trauma and started Greenhouse Counseling as a means to help me have the freedom to help the clients that I had a passion for serving. Greenhouse Counseling is a place to grow in every area of your life. As a trauma therapist, I specialize in techniques/interventions such as EMDR and Sandtray Therapy. Our goal is to have every therapist here trained in various trauma modalities. These methods provide clients with a unique opportunity to reach their goals in much more efficient and effective ways outside of the traditional talk therapy.
