Introduction

Hello! I am a licensed social worker based in Geneva, Illinois. I enjoy working with both children and adults ages 5 and up to assist them in learning skills to manage as well as resolve the problems that they may face. My focus areas include that of anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, stress management, and Behavioral concerns. I will assist you in addressing these issues through various theoretical approaches including Cognitive behavioral therapy, Person centered therapy, Narrative therapy, Motivational interviewing, Behavior therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, and rational emotive behavior therapy. I want to work with you to adopt responsibility for your life and work to resolve these issues that continue to act as barriers between who you are and who you know you could be.
