My work draws deeply on the food-mood paradigm, and I guide clients as they unearth the connection between what they eat and how they feel – emotionally, mentally, and physically. During this process, clients develop the skills they need to reshape habits and lifestyles for the long term. I specialize in hormone balance for peri-meno-post meno women and healing on cellular level for all. My approach is directed towards the gut-brain axis and development of fulfilling relationships, peace of mind and optimal wellness. It is within this sacred milieu that we affect change, promote acceptance and cultivate healing.
