Collaboratively, as a therapeutic team, we cultivate and create a safe space for acknowledging and nourishing the inner child, establishing self-worth, building self-esteem and developing skills for managing complex relationships with self and other. As a licensed therapist, I specialize in depression, anxiety, and relational trauma. Through my integrative approach, I will assist you in discovering your own path to inner peace and forging healthier relationships. My integrative approach combines: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); Internal Family Systems (IFS); Attachment-Based Trauma Therapy. Healing begins with establishing a safe space and a relationship grounded in trust and collaboration.
