Sonoma Spring Family CounseIing is a telehealth therapy service. I welcome all ages and work with children, teens, and adults. My clients have successfully worked towards their goals, including improving their functionality at home, school and work, improving their mood, coping skills, and motivation, and improving their relationships with family, friends, teachers and coworkers. Clients who typically connect most easily with me include clients struggling with sadness, worries, emotional swings, suicidality, stressful situations or events, social challenges, behavioral problems, hallucinations, or high-functioning autism.
