I use a flexible approach to therapy, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), both evidence-based methods proven effective for anxiety, depression, and trauma. CBT focuses on identifying distorted thinking, modifying beliefs, and changing behaviors, while EMDR helps process traumatic memories and reduce emotional distress. Through in-session exercises and brief weekly homework, you can gain a deeper understanding of your core needs and values, increase awareness of thought patterns, and build healthier relationships. Therapy outcomes can't be guaranteed and some changes may be unexpected or unintended. While addressing difficult topics are a part of the process, my role is to provide a nonjudgmental, supportive environment to guide you through it. The goal is to help you navigate challenges with understanding and compassion as you work toward personal growth and healing. I am experienced in treating both adults and adolescents. My current office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. I may be contacted by phone or email to schedule an initial diagnostic assessment or 15 minute phone consultation to discuss treatment options.
