Introduction

The Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC) consists of psychologically trained mental health clinicians including psychologists and counselors. We provide strength-based counseling primarily from cognitive and behavioral therapies. The CWC is committed to healthy coping, self-awareness, self-identity, education, and peaceful living. We treat a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, addictions, adjustment, personality disorders and LGBT issues. If we cannot help you directly, we can refer you to a professional who can. We are the first step to Wellness!
