Introduction

Welcome! Now licensed in Washington for WA residents. ~My practice is LGBTQiA friendly and strives to be anti-racist in policy and action. If there is ever anything we should know, learn or better understand regarding access, acceptance and perspective, please let us know. ~ You have made the first step towards wellness. I believe in the ability to improve the thoughts and feelings that keep us from achieving our full potential. Have you experienced a recent loss, anticipatory grief, loss? Are you struggling with depression? Anxiety? Harmful behaviors? Would you like to better understand yourself in relation to others and increase your acceptance and celebration of who you are? Together we can strengthen your relationship with yourself by approaching long term goals with "in the moment" self-care, acceptance and supportive behavioral changes.  In “becoming ourselves” we hope for time and space to explore, “tinker” and ask questions without judgment. This is what I strive to give to each and every client. I work with clients towards overall wellness in their life. My hope for you is a life that is balanced, healthy and curious. -Peggy Professional verification provided by Psychology Today:
