Leadership in Behavioral Health and earned her master's degree from Winona State University in community counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with experience working with individuals starting at age 11. Andrea provides individual and couples therapy. Andrea is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the Beck Institute. Andrea is pursuing her certification in Mind-Body Medicine from The Center of Mind-Body Medicine after completing her advanced training. Andrea is in her second year of training for certification as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner. Andrea uses a mix of creative counseling techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, dialectical behavioral skills, somatic skills, and mind-body skills techniques with clients to ensure a well-rounded approach to working through life's difficult times. Andrea offers faith-based counseling for individuals wanting to grow spiritually alongside receiving mental health counseling/therapy. Andrea's faith experience has impacted her mental health journey in so many amazing ways. Andrea offers to share her Christian faith in therapy sessions with clients who want to explore healing through spiritual growth alongside mental health tools and techniques. About Sheena Sandberg, MS, LPCC: EMDR Certified Somatic Experiencing Focus AIR Network Model DBT Skills Rosie - Emotional Support Dog Sheena received her Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Winona State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who works with her emotional support dog, Rosie. Sheena’s experiences include providing individual and group therapy along with working as an outpatient therapist in a school setting, providing home-based services, and outpatient services. Sheena is an EMDR Certified Therapist through the EMDRIA EMDR International Association. Sheena has completed the beginning year of the three year certification track of Somatic Experiencing Therapy. She has specialized training in AIR Network Model that helps demystify complex PTSD and Dissociation through the AIR Network Institute, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Sheena and Rosie enjoy working with adolescents and adults and they are experienced and competent in working with mood disorders, personality disorders, behavioral issues, mental health crises, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Sheena is an approved clinical supervisor through the BBHT to supervise clinical counselors.
