My name is Payton, pronouns she/her. I am passionate about helping teens and young adults figure out who they are, who they want to be, and the barriers keeping them from realizing these goals. Often substance use gets in the way of who we want to be and our goals. My intention is to help you understand why you use substances and how I can help you be the best version of you. We will work together to develop healthy ways to manage our emotions and identify strengths which can support self-esteem and motivation.
