If you are a parent looking for compassionate support for yourself or your child, I can help. I provide perinatal mental health support - psychotherapy for parents before, during and after pregnancy - as well as child therapy and parent coaching. I was born and raised in Las Vegas and I am invested in building village and community here in Southern Nevada. I am a new mother who is passionate about supporting others. I strive to provide a warm and judgement free approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert of your own experience, your child and your family! I can help you approach your problems with neuroscience, developmental psychology, a bit of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a holistic systems approach where we look at all the factors impacting you. I take an approach based on compassion and unconditional positive regard for other people; meeting them where they’re at when they find themselves ready to seek therapy. I believe that, in general, people are doing the best they can with what they they have - the history, experiences, tools, skills and relationships that they’ve known so far. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to explore and grow through what troubles you. I earned my Master of Science in Couples and Family Therapy from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and received my Bachelor of Arts degree with concentrations in Developmental Psychology and sculpture from Sarah Lawrence College. I have additional trainings from the Center for Mind Body Medicine, Postpartum Support International and Zero to Three.
